Rev. Dr. Norman J. Brown
Dr. Brown serves as the Apostle of J. Jireh Ministries Church (JJMC). The purpose of this apostolic ministry is to transform and empower the lives of God’s people by the use of creative measures and God’s word. As an entrepreneur, Dr. Brown is the Executive Director of J. Jireh Development Corp. (JJDC) and President of NJB Consulting Services (NJB).
Dr. Brown has more than 30 years of youth and community development. He has engineered community development initiatives for urban neighborhoods and produced successful collaborations between the businesses, educational institutions, municipal services, enforcement agencies, health agencies, civic groups, and social service organizations.
Dr. Brown has over thirty-five years of experience in the design of numerous architectural and engineering projects, which includes the design and/or construction of numerous housing projects. As Project Manager, Dr. Brown is responsible for the technical quality and adherence to budgets and time schedules and he has excellent expertise in Project Management and Business Development. He has extensive background in managing complex architectural and engineering projects.

Rev. Vivian L. Brown
Rev. Vivian L. Brown is a licensed and ordained ministry of the gospel of Jesus Christ. As a licensed counselor, Rev. Brown provides counseling services for the diagnosis and treatment of mental and emotional disorders using integrative psychotherapeutic techniques to achieve individualized treatment plan goals and objectives.
Rev. Brown has a class and ministry for women called “Becoming God’s Total Woman.” Becoming God’s Total Woman Ministry has a desire to see all women, regardless of age and/or marital status, to become all that God desires for them to be for Him. This will enable them to accomplish their purpose in life according to the will of God.
